1、 新加坡参政司（英语：Resident Councillor, Singapore），是新加坡殖民地开埠早期的官职，为海峡殖民地辅政司的前身。

2、于1819年2月设立，当时的职称名为新加坡驻扎官兼指挥官（Resident and Commandant, Singapore），负责统领当地政务。
